Biography

Visual artist working mainly with moving image. She graduated from the Center for Audiovisual Studies at the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (FAMU). She is currently pursuing her Masters at the Atelier of Supermedia at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague and has also been in the doctoral program at FAMU since 2017. She has participated in many festivals and exhibitions. In 2015, she was the finalist of the ESSL ART AWARD and was awarded the Jury Prize at the Madatac Festival in Madrid in 2016; In 2016, she also won the main prize at the Zlatý voči festival. She has had several separate exhibitions – the latest Balanced / Vyvážení in GAMU – and a number of group shows. She has been featured at world festivals such as the Athens Digital Arts Festival, 2016, Madatac 07, 2016 and 08, 2017, or the Alchemy Film & Moving Image Festival in Scotland, 2017. She has collaborated on theatre and documentary projects, and is also active in theoretical research.
