Biography
Brent is a Canadian Screen Award winning filmmaker/entrepreneur who began his career at the CBC. He has directed three full-length documentaries including A Brony Tale, which premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2014 and Leo-award winner What Happens Next?. In 2013 he founded Hodgee Films, a full service production company focusing on the filming of pop culture-based documentaries and digital and commercial content worldwide. Hodgee Films does ongoing work with Morgan Spurlock and Uber and was Academy Award longlisted for Brent's role as director of I Am Chris Farley for Spike TV.
