André D'Elia is a Brazilian director who obtained great success with his first documentary feature "Belo Monte", a daring flm about an irregular construction of a power plant who was the highest grossing production in the history of Brazil's crowdfunding. A renown environmental activist, André has directed and produced 3 short films on different causes. The Water Law is his second feature, dealing with humankind's most important resource: water, and it is being used as an instrument in the fight against a new legislation that directly affects its suppy.
