Zuzana Piussi

Zuzana Piussi (1971) focuses on the creation of investigative documentaries. She examines specific issues and phenomena, such as the privatization of film studios in Chalet (2009), the political scene in From Fico to Fico (2012) and Slovak nationalism in Fragile Identity (2012), presented at the Jihlava IDFF. On the other hand, Hero of Our Times (2009), also screened at Jihlava,and Grandma (2008) are intimate documentary portraits.
