Biography
James Burns is an American director and a 2020 Sundance Institute Fellow. His documentary work has been selected for Netflix, Vice, The Atlantic, and NPR. In addition to filmmaking, he dedicates time to mentoring incarcerated youth and hopes to provide young people with tools to empower themselves.
