Biography
PAUL SHARITS was born in Denver, Colorado. He earned a BFA in painting at the University of Denver's School of Art, studying under Stan Brakhage. His multiple projector installations were exhibited internationally throughout the 1970s when he joined filmmakers Hollis Frampton, James Blue, and Tony Conrad, teaching at the Center for Media Study at the New York State University at Buffalo.
