Biography
Brian Oakes is a filmmaker and creative director from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. His motion graphics work has premiered at the Sundance Film Festival with Wordplay, I.O.U.S.A, These Amazing Shadows, and Hot Coffee. His other film and television work includes LennoNYC, Freakonomics, Inequality for All, Finding Vivian Maier, and Living with Lincoln. Brian received his BFA in communication design from Syracuse University, and he lives in Brooklyn, New York. Jim marks Brian's feature-film directorial debut.
