Biography
Cooked up in the sweaty southern heat of North Florida, Otis got his film degree from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and paid his dues in the world of editing and graphic design. He quickly moved to his true love: filmmaking. Otis began in music videos, and moved to national TV ads for years, preparing him to shoot his first feature documentary.
