Biography
Canadian born, Los Angeles raised director Alex Takacs began making videos under the Young Replicant moniker while studying design at UCLA. With a dedication to narrative storytelling that belies a strong background in graphic arts, Alex has gone on to direct award-winning videos for critically acclaimed artists such as The xx, Purity Ring, Bonobo.
