Biography
Having spent his youth in Mexico and Colombia, Rafael Palacio Illingworth moved to Los Angeles to attend AFI. His first feature film Macho won the Best Micro-Budget Feature at Raindance Film Festival in the UK and was distributed by IFC Films.
