Biography
Davit Pirtskhalava (b. 1987, Tbilisi) took a master's from the screenwriting school of Tbilisi's Shota Rustaveli Theater and Film Georgia State University in 2011. At present he is studying the playwright's craft, and he has already written short and feature film scripts. His directorial debut Father took the Golden Leopard for Best International Short Film at Locarno and was included in the program of numerous other fests.
