Biography
Paola Calvo is an Venezuelan director and DOP. She graduated in Media Studies from Universidad Complutense in Madrid in 2005. In 2006, she enrolled in the Cinematography Department of DFFB film school in Berlin, and her debut film, Violently Happy (2017), was her graduation work. Luchadoras is her first feature film as a director.
