Biography

After graduating from Highschool in 1998 she went to Zelig-school of television and cinema. In 2001 she got her Diploma as Cameraoperator and Editor. In 2001 she worked for Zem, a videoproductions studio. In 2002 she moved to Berlin, where she started studying political science. From 2004 to 2011 she has been studying Film and Television Direction at the Potsdam Film & Television Academy (HFF Konrad Wolf). She has realized short documentaries like Oasenkinder (2006), Behind the courtain (2008), Vacanze Venete (2010) and the short fiction film Clandestinas (2007), that won the awards for Best Short film in some Italian festivals. Her first feature film was Rana & Nele (2013).
