Biography

Anders Gustafsson graduated from The National Filmschool of Denmark in 1997. Previously he has worked as props dresser and assistent director. He debuted as a director with the short film "Tonight Is The End Of The World", written by Ulf Stark. His graduation film "Swedish Roulette" was nominated for a Student Academy Award and won the Nordisk Panorama award for best Nordic shortfilm in 1997. Anders Gustafsson has since worked with both fiction and non fiction. He directed the short films "The Man With The Tuba", "Tom Merritt" and "Skoda", as well as the documentaries "Drengene fra Ølsemagle", "The Soccer Boy" and "The Fly". He has also directed two episodes of the tv-series "Familjen" for Swedish Television. "Scratch" is his first feature.
