Michael Almereyda's feature films include TWISTER, ANOTHER GIRL ANOTHER PLANET, NADJA, HAMLET, WILLIAM EGGLESTON IN THE REAL WORLD, and CYMBELINE which premiered at the Venice Film Festival. His most recent short film, SKINNINGROVE, was given the Jury Award for Short Non-Fiction at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. His films have been nominated for five IFP Spirit Awards, including Best First Feature and Best Director, as well as two nominations for Gotham Awards.… (more)
