Born in Brisbane, Australia, Steve has had a long and successful career in Special Makeup FX. His company, Steve Boyle Studios has created the FX for films such as Daybreakers, Predestination, Jungle, Guardians Of The Tomb, and most recently Winchester. Steve has continued his love for Filmmaking by moving into writing and Directing. His previous film Mullet Gut premiered in Screamfest in 2013. Avulsion is his second short to screen at the festival and allows him to combine his love of writing, directing and Special FX.
