David Castro González has written, directed and produced several short films. He holds a degree in Pedagogy and has studied Film Directing. He teaches at Instituto del Cine de Madrid since 2011. He has been several times awarded, among others, he obtained First Almeria Prize for a short film -at less than 90 seconds section- during two consecutive years, with The Whistler (2012) and A2042 (2013), 2nd Award PROYECTA08 and First Award at VIII Festival Internacional of Torrelavega with Berta y Luis (2007).
