Biography
Yuri Feting (1956) is a Russian screenwriter, director, and educator. Before working in film he worked in the theater environment as an actor and director. He later earned an education in film in St. Petersburg and has mostly worked in cooperation with TV. His feature film debut was the romantic film The Christmas Miracle (Rožděstvenskaja mistěrija, 2000). His subsequent award-wining productions include the comedy Myths of my Childhood (Mify mojego dětstva, 2005) and the drama Bibinur (2009).
