Biography
Pedro Pinho (1977, Lisbon, Portugal) between 2001 and 2002 he studied at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis-Lumière in Paris and made his first short film Perto there. In 2003 he completed his film degree at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (ESTC) in Lisbon. He made «No início" as part of the Criação e Criatividade Artística programme and in 2006 co-founded with Luisa Homem and Maria Mire the "Patê Films" production company. His documentary Bab Sebta wonPortugal's Best Documentary Award in 2008. The End of the World is his feature debut.
