Rouge Parole

In December 2010, Tunisian demonstrators sparked a fire that would encompass the entire Arab world.  This film begins consequentially with the fulfillment of their demands when president Ben Ali stands down and we embark upon a journey through post-revolutionary Tunisia. The journey takes us to the revolution’s central locations and we encounter important protagonists as well as casual observers of the events who are still fighting for their rights months after the overthrow of the dictator. An emotional, visually stunning and poetic portrait is drawn of a fractured and uncertain country. (DOK.fest München)
