Four interwoven stories narrate different approaches to the so-called migration crisis in Europe. Marie is a young volunteer who travels to the Mediterranean to help refugees. Marcel founds an organization devoted to accompanying women for their protection from allegedly dangerous migrants. Petra adopts a refugee child.
