The genre of films with Marika Rökk continued happily in the 1950s. Only unlike the 1940s and 1930s - here the story was spiced up with boogie woogie and all the colors of wigs. Audiences can admire Marika both as a fair, uptight, red-haired American and as a dark-haired gypsy. And that's definitely not all. This film is a clear choice for fans of intelligent musical comedies.
