Those Who Stayed

The moment when on February 24th the world realized that Russia invaded Ukraine, everything changed. Chaos entered a seemingly stable European continent. As a reaction to these horrendous acts of aggression Viera Dubačová and Michal Vasiľ (DoP) decided to travel to places Russian forces bombed and occupied – Irpin, Bucha, Hostomel, Ozera. There they met those who survived and stayed despite the looming war and documented their stories. (4 živly)
