Howling V: The Rebirth doesn't have good characters to root for, it doesn't have great special effects to admire, and it just doesn't have anything worth watching. It's just a film that wants to look like a horror movie, but it doesn't even manage to do that and you can't expect anything really scary here. I’ve been more scared by trailers for other films. ()
