Family Matters

Jan Borelius is a chef - he's enjoying his life and strong women, but his whole world collapses when his mother dies - he thinks. Jans real mother is called Lilli, and is a crazy actress, who have seen better days. Jan finds out about his real mother, and against his fathers will he goes out to find Lilli and his biological father. Lilli lives in her own dream world with her patient life companion, the dog Cheri. Together they go to fancy restaurants and order foie gras, which in real life means going to the local store buying cat food!

When Jan arrives at Lillis place she keeps her crazy facade, but shes also interested in finding Jans real father and calls for a Taxi to Portugal right away. The Taxi driver agrees to skip dinner, for the payment of 20.000 dkr., and they are off to Portugal a trip back in time. In Portugal Jan meets the love of his life and Lilli drops the crazy attitude when she meets her big love again. Its like a wonderfull dream, but all dreams end, and the real world can be very cruel.
