The Thin Blue Line perhaps remains Morris' most controversial and well-known work. Billed as "the first movie mystery to actually solve a murder," the film is credited with overturning the conviction of Randall Dale Adams for the murder of Dallas police officer Robert Wood, a crime for which Adams was to be executed. English The Thin Blue Line isn't a documentary that will blow you away by completely changing the form of the genre, because it didn't do that, but it shows you how powerful the medium of film actually is and what influence it can have on a person, and indeed on their life. Is it objective? I don't think so, but what is today? But it did manage to look at one case in a completely new way. ()
