18-year-old Sandra is an actress in Spain during the Transition, a time when being young and beautiful irremediably relegates you to making full frontal movies. One hot August afternoon, alone and distressed over an unwanted pregnancy, she tries to make a decision about her future. A dramatization, with certain poetic licenses, of the final days in the life of Sandra Mozarowsky, a tragic cult figure of 1970s Spanish film who died a mysterious death. (Sitges Film Festival)
