Uriel Hidalgo originated Cine Hidalgo in the 1940’s as a mobile cinema. Uriel navigated the backroads of southern Mexico in a Jeep. When their family got too big for life on the road, Uriel opened a cinema in Guerrero. (Monterrey International Film Festival)
