After World War II police forces increase the number of their permanent staff because of the corrupted general conditions. After a short instruction, recruits Sipos and Czöntör are also put into action against riotous groups, black-marketeers and burglars. Sipos gets hurt in action and at the hospital he proposes to the beautiful nurse, Anna, but has little time for her. Aided by their stool pigeon, Mrs. Döbörhegyi, they catch the watch-dealer gang on the market and the beautiful Josephine, in Moulin Rouge. They liquidate the leaders of the policeman-murderer, forging gang and catch the multiple robber and ravisher, Hekus Dönci. (official distributor synopsis)
