Machtat

Mahdia, Tunisia. Fatma and her daughters, Najeh and Waffeh, work as "machtat", traditional wedding musicians. While the eldest, divorced, tries to remarry to escape the authority of her brothers, the youngest seeks a way to break out from her abusive husband. (Cannes Film Festival)
