On a single day the fate of three couples are joined and some of them sealed. Gyuri is a taxi driver, Zsuzsa is a waitress. Gyuri sacrifices all his free time for building a house, and Zsuzsa leaves him for this. Wolf makes a business with video films, his girl-friend, Ildikó is a ballerina and she does not love him any more. Nóra is a teacher of English, an alcoholic, her husband mentally ill. Wolf and Nóra meet at a video copier, they get involved into stupid, bloody adventures, they drink, ruffle the temper of themselves and each other, while at the end they kill the husband of Nóra and the faithless Ildikó. After a wild love-making Nóra drives their car into the Danube. Gyuri, following Zsuzsi, passes by, catches sight of the fall, jumps into the water, saves Nóra and Wolf, while he himself drowns.
