The boy likes to play switching on and off the light and does not understand why parents forbid him to do it. One day, when they are out, the boy plays with the light again. As a consequence, a dwarf – titular the bulb dweller, turns up and explains how the light appears and disappears inside the bulb. (Fest Anča)
