It is 2033 and there is no law, mercy or (most importantly) water. Tank Girl (Lori Petty) is a sexy, smart and outspoken warrior woman who decides to take on allcomers in an attempt to liberate enough water for the population. The villainous Kesslee (Malcolm McDowell) decides destroying Tank Girl is the easiest way to retain the monopoly on precious water supplies, but he hasn't reckoned on Tank Girl's loyal sidekick Jet Girl (Naomi Watts), or a troupe of mutant kangaroos.
