Plots(1)

Based on the real-life homespun hero of the American frontier, Davy Crockett (Fess Parker) is instantly recognizable by his coonskin cap and buckskin jacket. His life of wild adventure begins in untamed Tennessee, and carries him all the way to the famous battle of the Alamo. Through his many exploits, he is supported by his trusty friend George Russel and his lovely bride Polly. It is not long before he makes his name as the "King of the Wild Frontier."
