General Juan leads his troops and camp follower Lupe into Ciudad Martinez during the Revolution. Juan comes across Carlota, his femme fatale lover. Juan proposes to Lupe, but does not show up on the day of the wedding. Lupe blames Carlota but the latter portrays her as Juan’s victim. When Carlota secretly kills her husband, everyone thinks Juan is responsible. His troops run out of ammunition; Lupe and Juan are likely to get killed. (Morelia International Film Festival)
