Thinking XXX

This is a very sensitive documentary in which many top personalities from the world of porn get the opportunity to speak. The recognized icon and the woman loved by all is of course Jenna, but the film also features everyone from Brianna Banks, to Terry Patrick, and Peter North. Timothy Greenfield-Sanders is working on a series of portraits that capture these folks twice in the same pose - once clothed, once undressed. It is, of course, total nonsense to compare this process to Goya. But if it helps to merge this business with the "other" one, I have no reservations about it. Only if we get rid of the taboo at a certain delicate level will it help eradicate all the negative components of the process which otherwise have free passage. (23/12/2011)
