While investigating the death of a lawyer who appeared to have been killed by a wild animal, Sam and Dean realize they are actually tracking a werewolf. When it seems as if the lawyer's secretary, Madison (Emmanuelle Vaugier), will be the werewolf's next victim, Sam - who is immediately attracted to Madison - offers to stay overnight to protect her.
