The Frost

The Frost explores a couple’s pain after losing their son. Rita and Alfred are plunged into a torrent of remorse when Eyolf dies, and weighing on their conscience is the fact that they were too busy with their absurd necessities to give their little one the affection he needed. Their blame is incessant in their determination to make each other suffer and pay for everything they didn’t do. (Sitges Film Festival)
