The Seasons of the Year

This film documents the activities of shepherds in the Caucasus over the course of the year and is a film variation built on the theme of Vivaldi's symphonic cycle. The depiction of the adversities and relentless hard work in the mountains symbolises the cycle of live and the invincible spirit of humans continuously battling the elements.
