Shirley Temple reprises her role as Corliss Archer in this follow-up to Kiss and Tell. Originally title A Kiss for Corliss, this offering finds Ms.Temple trying to persuade everyone that she is the steady girlfriend of dashing playboy Kenneth Marquis. Based on a Broadway play, the plot revolves around the love ruse, but with a clever twist provided by Corliss' diary entries. Dear diary hears that she is really planning to marry a wolf. David Niven gives his usual suave portrayal as the dashing playboy. This was Ms. Temple's final film role. (Ignite Films)
