Gumnaam is a Whodunnit masterpiece from the golden sixties featuring a group of unsuspecting strangers who are drawn to their death by a criminal who has a ghastly ending planned for each of them. Eight people gather on an island, as winners of a contest, stranded and scared with no route for escape. The killer holds a grouse against each of these eight people, all of whom have their own skeletons buried in their cupboards. Someone s carrying a revolver, someone s carrying a bottle of deadly poison. The butler of the mansion, they are stuck in, is strange and an unknown woman goes around singing the title song of the movie in an eerie manner.
