Goliath and David (S05E11)

In a David v. Goliath story, Alicia represents a band who claim that a popular television show stole their parody song. But an open-and-shut copyright infringement suit becomes anything but when Florrick/Agos not only goes up against a television network, but its representation: L.G. As Will continues his take-no-prisoners expansion of L.G. into new markets, he is temporarily hamstrung by his partners. But what Will wants, Will gets. To avoid a scandal, Eli hires Kalinda to find out who the father of Marilyn's baby is. (CBS TV Network)
