English Amy Heckerling is a tremendously laid-back person. Or rather, her films, no matter what they are about, are sweet, funny, relaxing, and not lacking in humility towards the film medium, and the main characters are often casually sexy. You should expect nothing more from Vamps than a pleasant hour and a half alongside Alicia Silverstone and Krysten Ritter. If you're a fan of the vampire sub-genre, you'll also appreciate the many jokes and your brain won’t overheat. ()

English The horror comedy Vamps lured me to the name of director Amy Heckerling and the participation of Alicia Silverstone, who have already worked together on the great comedy Clueless. This film, however, was definitely not up to the quality of their previous collaboration. Although there were a few imaginative scenes, the overall impression was bland and it wasn't even significantly funny, which is a bit of a problem with comedy. In short, a film that belongs more in the below-average barrel, which is a shame, considering the casting of my favourite Sigourney Weaver. ()

English "Vamps" is primarily a comedy, there is no horror atmosphere here, it's just that it's a comedy with some rougher elements that are typical for horror. Even in that case, it doesn't go too far. If you like movies where you won't be bored that much and you will be influenced by the beauty of nostalgia, this is something for you. I'm not thrilled, but the film still managed to draw me in and entertain me. ()
