Twentysixmiles

Twentysixmiles, a six episode series created by John Schneider, follows characters Jack Kincaid and Sean Murphy as they follow their separate paths while living on Catalina Island. Kincaid, played by Schneider (famous recently as Jonathan Kent on Smallville) is a no nonsense businessman who knows exactly what he wants. Unfortunately, the small town of Avalon isn't quite up to his speed. Kincaid moves to the island to connect with his children after going through a divorce. Murphy (Eric Lange) is accidental billionaire who goes with the flow. Having lived his life as a free spirit, Murphy's easygoing attitude clashes with Kincaid's hard-work ethic. When the two of them reunite, Kincaid and Murphy decide to start up their high school rock band, The Renegades. (official distributor synopsis)
