The voyage begins... Sinbad is in love with the Sultan's daughter, Firoozeh, despite the disapproval of her father. Oh well, and I stupidly thought that this would walk in the footsteps of Ray Harryhausen and be Sinbad with monsters that would be somehow convincingly real thanks to tricks. This has been partially fulfilled, but there is a noticeable clumsiness and, above all, the digital effects are not missing, which simply don't go together. Then even the story, which is ridiculously acted and filmed, doesn't really entertain much. As a tribute to Ray, at least it works a little, so a few extra points.
