Stephen Daldry directs this drama based on the novel by Jonathan Safran Foer about a young boy who is trying to find answers after his father's death. Oskar Schell (Thomas Horn) is an intelligent nine-year-old boy with a unique outlook on the world. He has a close relationship with his father, Thomas (Tom Hanks), but Oskar and his mother, Linda (Sandra Bullock), suffer a huge loss when the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center claim Thomas's life. Two years later, Oskar finds a key hidden in the house. Believing that it leads to something his dad wanted him to discover, Oskar heads on a journey in search of the matching lock. (Warner Bros.
