Grab the hankies for this melodrama. Payne, a producer, and O'Hara, a famous actress, are a married couple who cannot have children. Trudy Marshall, a cute, lovable orphan who is ready for adoption, comes into their lives, but OHara has a fatal heart attack, and Payne is left alone to raise the child.
