When Brians mother dies he is surprised to learn that he has inherited The Sanctuary, home to her controversial experimental addiction treatment centre. During a tour of the decrepit building, Brian and his friends make a horrifying discovery. Brians mother had built a revolutionary machine that cured people's addictions, but as a side effect materialised these addictions as mutants hungry for human flesh.
