Steve Auston and Dolph Lundgren make a pretty good pair to make me want to watch the movie. Unfortunately, after watching it, I can't exactly celebrate. Nor can I sigh. Steve as the main hero is alright, the movie is sufficiently gritty, Dolph enjoys torturing and he does it quite well, but I still have a feeling that the punchline definitely falls short of some higher average.
