Photographer Larry Clark's controversial feature film debut follows a group of teenagers hanging out in New York over the course of a day. Skateboarder Telly (Leo Fitzpatrick) is on a mission - to seduce his thirteen-year old virgin friend Darcy (Yakiro Peguero).
